Pricing questions
Who counts as an employee?
Everyone who can use the self-service portal, which is usually your whole headcount. Agents, approvers and administrators are not billed on top.
Are there hidden costs?
No. Hosting, updates and support are included, and every core module is open from day one. Optional add-ons from the Keolux store are priced separately and you only take them if you want them.
What about smaller companies?
Under 300 employees, a shared-hosting plan is priced per support agent: €45 per agent per month plus a one-off €200 setup fee, over 36 months.
